Award Winning Winemaker Barry Gnekow:
"It has to taste good...if it doesn't taste good it makes no difference how creative you are." Mr. Gnekow has over 25 years experience and leads the category of Nonalcoholic wines worldwide. He is credited with patents for his novel processes for alcohol removal. Barry has degrees in both Biochemistry and Food Science from UC Davis.
