Return Policy

Our goal is to guarantee your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your unused items within 10 working days from the date of delivery. In order to return an item, we require that you first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by sending an email to returns@vandaliawine.com with your name, address, and original order number and reason for return. Vandaliawine will then send you an RMA number which must be placed on the shipping label to identify your package. Customer is responsible for return shipping via UPS or secure, trackable carrier.

Refund Policy

Please note that your refund will be processed within approximately 3 business days from receipt of your return. Once Vandaliawine receives, processes and accepts your return, you will receive an e-mail which confirms your refund. After the e-mail confirmation the credit should appear within two billing cycles depending on the refund policy of the credit card used or two months in case of debit card. Be aware that the currency date will be the date you ordered on Vandaliawine.com (credit date = debit date), this means that no interests will be charged on your account.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of merchandise by Vandalie Wine Company, LLC ("Vandaliawine") to you through the Vandaliawine.com Site. Orders:

All orders are subject to written acceptance by Vandaliawine. All orders will be confirmed by Vandaliawine, in writing, by e-mail. Merchandise displayed on the Site may be out-of-stock or discontinued.

Prices:

All prices are in US Dollars. Prices may change without notice. Your order may be subject to state and local sales tax, depending on the location to which the item is being shipped. The applicable sales tax will be applied to items and delivery charges, in accordance with applicable laws. All prices are inclusive of customs, import duties and sales tax.

Shipping:

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the delivery of merchandise you purchased on the Site. You bear all risks of loss and damage to the merchandise from the time the same has cleared Vandaliawiene's fulfillment warehouse. Delivery is deemed complete and title to the merchandise passes to you upon acceptance of shipment by a common carrier.

This site is recommended for students and professional adults who are over 16 years of age. We ask that children DO NOT PURCHASE IF THEY ARE UNDER AGE 16, UNLESS UNDER SUPERVISION OF A PARENT.

Labels:

Vandaliawine has made every effort to display as accurately as possible the Labels of the wines and products that appear on the Site. However, the actual labels may change without notice and we cannot guarantee that your wine bottle will be identical to the picture on the Site.
